A conversation with my younger bro
It has never been easy conversing with pple, esp those whose age gap can be said to be relatively significant. Even with those that hv insignificant age gap with u, misunderstandings/miscommunications r bound to arise due to e powerfulness of e choice of wrds n our super misleading body language...so it is unsurprising for mi to hv one w my bro who is 6yrs my junior rit....e oni exception in this case is that it is an interesting misunderstanding...

me: hey u hv anything for mi to apply to my ear? it realli hurts=(
bro: i gt an ear drops lotion which e doctor gave it to mi e other time
me: can pass it to mi...i tink i realli nid it
bro: wait 1st, i nid to go n find it...

bro: here is it...erm i tink juz drip one drop into your ear can liao...
me: dat time how many drops did u put?
bro: i 4gt...so long liao lor...but i tink is 1 drop...wait, i look at the "manual", see wat it says

bro: yalor, dat time i bathed but din wash my hair...
me: yucks, dat is so dirty lar...cannot wash my hair...v funny lor...scare it react w water to become sodium hydroxide arh....then when can wash?
bro: doc say till your ear is bk to normal, i.e. not pain animore...
me: my ear nt pain liao, but super itchy, dun care arh...i will still wash my hair, juz dat i ensure that no water comes into contact w my ear...
bro: itchy then go n get a cotton bud to dig lar
me: *confused* but u say cannt "wa" rit
bro: ya cannt "wa" w your finger but can use cotton bud mar
