Snapshots of happenings
Yupyup, ended the weekend with lotsa photo-taking sessions during my grad nite and commencement...as all the photos during grad nite was taken using my frenz's camera, i shall wait for them to send me before i upload it up...for my commencement, i was really glad dat my JC mates actually came down despite their busy schedule...though it was a short meet up, i am still glad...do pardon me if i din "zhao dai" you all well...hmm, i am quite sure u all were kept entertained by derrick, hurhur...went ard finding my frenz to take photos...managed to take pictures with most accountancy frenz, at least those dat i am pretty close to and not the hi-bye type...however, din manage to find most of my biz frenz....not too sure where did they go and i refused to linger in e reception area for biz graduands as there were too many pple...so took my cert and transcript and dat's basically abt it...but i did take pictures with 2 of my biz frenz dat i chanced upon...well, as usual it was them who saw me first...
i guess i enjoyed commencement more as i see most of my frenz there...as for grad nite, i am still a bit regretful for going...dun really like this kind of functions and most of e biz students there i do not know at all...by now, all who are reading shld hv guess dat im super inactive in sch events one...although im in SAAT, it is oni one CCA which mostly accounting students join oni, so it doesnt open up the opportunities for knowing more frenz frm e other courses...but even if i had a choice again, i will still choose bk e same route as i am not exactly the sportly type to join SMUX etc though one can make a lot of frenz there...prob i will sign up for more volunteering events? i really made a lot of frenz during my volunteering activities and i even exceeded e min required 70hrs of CIP as I went for the fun of doing it and it feels good to lend a helping hand to e needys arh...scouring ard for storybooks to sell to get proceeds for e needys, providing free gift wrapping service during xmas with e handicapped, ushers during national day...really really enjoyed all of those, e pple there r really nice...i also learnt abt to wrap a gift decently under the pressure of so many eyes during e gifting wrapping services with the handicapped...if oni i had e chance to join more...i tink my uni days will be more meaningful...oh ya, i do enjoyed my internships too...guess this r e little little things dat forged many friendships in my uni...some frm ntu too due to my partical local exchange...a pity dat i din go for overseas exchange as i think it will be a new eye-opener, partially coz of finances and partially coz of e cumbersome in matching of modules overseas as well...e sch is juz smart enuff not to let us take most of e accting modules overseas esp those harder modules like AFA (advanced financial accounting)...i think i will really miss life in SMU esp when e peak period comes...tian, give me e tips for keeping awake in wee hours of e night...you know i babbles when i am super tired + i cant walk straight...it was as though i am drunk =X
went k lunch with step and peiyi at JEC yest, quite ok as peiyi kept us entertained throughout with her super animated actions...think she shld be named the "drama queen" instead of me...well she is named as e "queens of queens" while step is e "shopaholic queen" and esther is e "cutesy queen"...this is e nickname we gave each other to put at e accountancy yr bk...and nice py actually give us a visa card each!!! haha, can oni be used once oni coz it is actually more for collectibles purposes and she asked for our nicknames to be printed on e card...so sweet lar....will wait for her to send me e scan pic of e cards before i show to all of u arh...
