My first DND
Had been pretty busy for the past 2 weeks with wrk...havent been going online too, was really rushing some stuff and i forsee that to be the case for the nxt 2 wks too...was really really tired coz things seems to be forever that much despite me working day and night...
anyway, i am glad to be able to attend my company's DND in midst of all this hectic-ness...din really take a lot of pic, practically only use my frenz's camera to take and mostly with the same bunch of pple...actually wanted to take w my ERS colleagues during intern, but well i hv no idea where r they sitted...frankly, i find e DND quite entertaining coz of e mc who is super amusing...alas, think it would be better if i had won the wii in the lucky draw...oh ya, there is also one super lucky lady who won the tiffany voucher...and someone who won e electric steam iron? hmmm, i wld still prefer wii lar...in conjunction w the olympics, the dnd theme this yr is sports and my table decided to be sporty by wearing the sports jacket...haha,actually we din really planned to be coordinated...it is just some random suggestion that i gave as i find it really hard to wear the same thing...in e end, oni e gals adhere to that dress code lor...the guys just wear some random sporty tee plus jeans...hvnt got the photos from ZY yet..but below r some photos from Sherlyn's...
I think it is really amazing that i actually went home to bath and manage to pull myself out of the house to attend the dnd...no choice, as i was assigned that day and if i dun do that, i think i will doze off during the whole dnd...well, eventually i did feel pretty tired at near 12 like that...i really saluate sherlyn and all who r still partying after e dnd...sherlyn even told me dat e night is young when it is like gg 12...jr sd that i always concuss when it is near that my lala land timing which is true...hmm, how am i gg to survive e peak??? maybe it is destined that i gt this new client as my 1st job to train me to be more efficient and to endure wrking till wee hrs...new client is really yucky coz there is no past yr papers to guide u and i am nt too sure abt e documentation part...well i can only say we all learn...frm zero to sthing, hopefully nt at a tortoise pace...sometimes my senior will be a bit harsh and impatient w me coz she is also stressed up w some parts that she is nt sure...so she is nt really v detailed in guiding me, basically she left e job to the A11 who is super patient in answering my queries and coaching me what to do, really really thankful to her...
i think for senior or clients and even for anyone of us, when we r stressed up, we tend to be nt v nice w wrds and sometimes even quite harsh and impatient...guess this is some fact that everyone hv to live w...and i am sure i will see more of this during peak period...quoting the phrase, when the gg get tough, e tough get gg...i juz hv to perserve and get gg.....
